Ingredients:
- 2 pounds trimmed bottom round
- 1/2 bottle Oakland Dust The HOT One or The One BBQ sauce
- 1/2 bottle Hog Sauce
- 5-8 shakes of your favorite HOT sauce
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
Directions:
1. Place the meat in the freezer for 45 minutes. This will make it easier to slice into uniform slices
2. Slice meet into 1/4" slices
3. Whisk together wet and dry ingredients and massage into meat, cover and marinate overnight
4. Remove meat from sauce, separate the slices and pat dry
5. Pre-heat smoker or oven to 170-degrees
6. Lay meat flat on grill or on a raised rack over baking sheet (oven method) and cook between 4-5 hours
7. Store in the refrigerator and enjoy for up to 2 weeks
