Dusted Wings


  • ▪5 pounds chicken wings tips removed, drumettes and flats separated
  • ▪1 tablespoon olive oil or canola oil
  • ▪½ tin of Oakland Dust Poultry Rub
  • ▪¼ cup Rice flour
  • ▪1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • ▪1 tablespoon Crystal Hot Sauce or whatever you have in the fridge


Preheat oven to 425-degrees. Set a wire rack inside each of 2 large rimmed baking sheets. Place all ingredients in a large bowl toss to coat. Divide wings between prepared racks and spread out in a single layer.

Bake wings until cooked through and crispy brown, about 45 minutes.

Serve straight up or with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
