Pan Roasted Salmon with Fresh Thyme, Garlic and Olive Oil

Ingredients:

3 - 4 boneless skinless wild salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
2 cloves chopped fresh garlic
2 fresh squeezed limes
1 teaspoon Oakland Dust seafood rub

Directions:

1. In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil, vinegar, garlic, lime juice, thyme and Oakland Dust seafood rub.
2. Lightly coat fillets with olive oil and sear in a HOT pan on both sides. Drizzle with olive oil mixture and place in pre-heated 275-degree oven for about 20 minutes.
