Ingredients:
- 2-3 pounds wings
- 3 tablespoons Oakland Dust Poultry Rub
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 diced jalapeno
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Lime juice from 1 juicy lime
Directions:
Combine ingredients in a zip lock bag and marinate for up to 2 hours. When you’re ready get your smoker up to speed and set at 225-degress. I’m using a pellet smoker at home these days so it’s literally set and forget. Make sure your grill is clean and brushed with a little oil (vegetable or olive oil). When your wings are at room temperature place them in the smoker and don’t peek for about and 90 minutes. Turn once and cook for another 30 minutes. Brush with your favorite BBQ sauce (or not) and cook for another 10 minutes. These are Hella Good! Enjoy!
