Ingredients:
- ▪4-6 ears of corn, shucked
- ▪1/2 cup mayonnaise
- ▪1/2 sour cream
- ▪1/2 grated pecorino cheese
- ▪1/4 cup melted butter
- ▪2 tablespoons Oakland Dust Chili Lime Rub
Directions:
Grill corn over high heat until charred, about 5-7 minutes. Roll the corn in melted butter, apply the blended mayo, sour cream, pecorino and Chili Lime. Sprinkle a bit more cheese, chopped cilantro and serve with fresh lime wedges.
