Rock 'n' Roll Grilled Chicken


  • ▪1 spatchcock (butterflied) 3-4 pound chicken
  • ▪1 teaspoon salt
  • ▪2-3 tablespoons Oakland Dust Poultry Rub
  • ▪1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ▪2 fresh limes


Oakland Dust Rock ‘n’ Roll grilled chicken. This recipe is guaranteed to knock your socks off!

Rinse the bird with fresh water and pat dry, then lightly coat with olive oil and season with a touch of salt and a liberal dusting of Oakland Dust Poultry Rub. Set grill to medium or indirect heat and place chicken bone side down and cook until internal temp reaches 165-degrees. Next spritz with fresh lime juice then remove from grill and let stand for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
